You can start by filling out the boxes below. A Local Team Leader will contact you and will provide you with more information and answer any questions you may have. Please note if under the age of 18 is very important to first have your parents permission. We will also need to speak with them and have them fill out a Parent Permission Form if a position is offered to you. You can click the link below to download the form if you wish to review it and fill it out with your Parents in Advance.

Working Towards A Better Future offers a year-round sales program for young adults and teenagers. We specialize in direct marketing, offering local news publications and/or local community discount cards around the Greater Los Angeles and Orange County areas.
We strive for quality sales and responsible team members, which we achieve thru extensive one-on-one field training with one of our Team Leaders and ongoing mentoring and guidance. With consistent supervision from our Team Leaders, we insure that we are there to help and to keep our members safe. Our team leaders also offer transportation to and from work at no cost to team members if needed.
Working Towards A Better Future understands the value of education, which is why our sales programs are all After School and offer flexible scheduling. Our regular work schedule is Monday-Friday 4pm-8:30pm and Sat 8am-3pm .
We start off by setting a personal goal to help our reps achieve their desired success.
